VINTAGE VEG:
VV revives a now-defunct blog of mine named Rearview Vegetarian. This blog will examine vegetarian cookery via vintage cookbooks and recipes. Other aspects of vegetarian history are fairly well documented, but I see a real gap in how well vegetarian cuisine is represented as a cuisine. As food history primarily rather than incidentally. Consider this blog a fledgling attempt to fill that gap.
